TACS Announces the 2014 Allor Award Winner(s)....
On Friday Dec 12th, TACS President Mike Smith announced the 2014 winners of the Allor Award. This award is presented each year to the person or persons who have made the most significant contribution to youth sailing in the Grand Traverse area. This years award went to the 2014 Chubb US Junior National Regatta organizing committee.

The committee worked innumerable hours preparing to host the 2014 US Junior National Champioships on the West Bay this past summer. The regatta hosted 93 sailors from all over the USA and was held on Aug 4-9. Congratulations to all!
